Together with a Dutch firm, Continuous Learning, we have developed an app to enrich our leadership program(s) by also offering a technology-based learning tool.
Participants will receive learning incentives, short assignments, reflections or team challenges before and after the workshops, so that they are consciously involved with the topics between the sessions and can apply it in their own daily practice.

Succession Planning

Monitoring performance of the CEO/executive director ensures the board knows what is happening in the organization’s culture and is a key opportunity for the board to drive the impact and effectiveness of the organization.
Board and director evaluations are intended to increase the performance of the board as a group and enhance individual director effectiveness. The results of the evaluation can be used for strategic planning, education, board reappointments and identification of any missing competencies on the board.
